The pillow covers ordered are size 22" and I put them on a size 24" insert to ensure that the pillow doesn't appear baggy/lumpy inside the cover. It provided the tight smooth look I was going for with this combination. The covers are well constructed with a hidden zipper. The fabric is soft, heavy (not thin), and feels durable. The stitching is perfect without any loose threads. The color is not a vibrant blue but more subtle blue. It arrived packaged in a ziploc-like bag.
